Customizable Cost and Flexible Financing Options

The cost of earlobe repair at North Florida Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Center begins at $400 per repair for non-gauged earlobes and may increase based on the complexity of the repair, particularly for gauged ear repair or extensive tearing.

What to Expect on the Day of Your Earlobe Repair Procedure

On the day of your earlobe repair or torn earlobe repair procedure, you’ll arrive at our outpatient center, where you’ll receive personalized care in a comfortable, safe setting.

This minor procedure is performed under local anesthesia, ensuring your ears are numb, but you are awake and comfortable during the process. The surgery itself typically takes around 30 minutes to an hour per ear, depending on the extent of the repair. After a brief recovery period in our facility where our staff will go over your post-care instructions, you’ll be ready to go home and begin the healing process.

Recovery and Post-Operative Care for Earlobe Repair

After earlobe repair or gauged ear repair, you can expect some minor discomfort and swelling in the first couple of weeks as the healing process begins.

Most patients are scheduled for a follow-up appointment 7-10 days after the procedure to ensure proper healing and to remove any stitches. You can generally resume light activities the day after surgery, although it’s recommended to avoid putting pressure on your ears or wearing earrings until they’re fully healed.

Non-Surgical Earlobe Rejuvenation with Filler

In addition to earlobe repair, earlobe rejuvenation with dermal filler is a popular option to restore volume and youthful fullness to aging or thinned earlobes.

Over time, earlobes can lose natural volume, leading to a sagging appearance and difficulty supporting earrings. By carefully injecting filler into the earlobe, we can plump and reshape it, creating a fuller, rejuvenated look that complements the natural contour of your ears. Earlobe filler is a quick, minimally invasive procedure that pairs well with earlobe repair or as a standalone treatment, helping restore both function and beauty.
