Proof of profession is required at the time of booking and may include a nurse or teacher ID, pay stub, or similar documentation.
For injectable specials, all injections will be performed by our PA-C or ARNP. A minimum of 4 vials is required to qualify for the Sculptra special. The Daxxify special requires a minimum of 36 units and cannot be banked for future use. All injectable offers are valid while supplies and appointment availability last through the end of May 2025. Redlight therapy devices must be purchased through our office, either in person or over the phone, to be eligible for the discount, and will be shipped to your home.
