Microinfusion Treatment

Microinfusion Treatment

A Microinfusion facial treatment works to insert vital skin-health serums into your face — stimulating collagen production and providing an array of skin benefits. Smoothing of fine lines and wrinkles, a brighter skin tone and ultra-moisturized skin are all achievable through this procedure! The first step of your Microinfusion skin care treatment is a consultation with one of our licensed aestheticians. At this consultation, you will have a skin analysis performed and your skin goals will be defined. Having this vital knowledge about your skin health allows us to concoct the ideal combination of serums, vitamins, and active ingredients. Your unique formula of active ingredients will be applied during your procedure to provide healthy, radiant skin!

What Is Microinfusion?

A Microinfusion facial is a nonsurgical and minimally invasive skin care procedure that aims to improve the health and appearance of your skin. By creating tiny punctures on your face, natural collagen and elastin are stimulated  — which creates healthy, firm skin. Our Gainesville office is happy to add Botox or hyaluronic acid into the serum used at your procedure to further your skin health and treatment results. These tiny punctures made by our Microinfusion device will allow hyaluronic acid or Botox packed serum to be deposited directly into your facial tissue by entering through the tiny puncture channels. Not only will you receive the benefits of collagen and elastin, but you can smooth fine lines and wrinkles or refresh dry skin.

How Microinfusion Works

Our Microinfusion device is designed to stimulate your body’s natural injury response while injecting active ingredients into the top layer of skin. The device used for your treatment will be made of hollow micro needles that are connected to a vial containing your unique skin health formula. As the device is easily applied to your targeted areas, the formula will pass through the hollow needles and land within your top layer of skin. The tiny needles used on this device are smaller than a single human hair, making this procedure painless for patients!

Botox & Hyaluronic Acid Treatment

At your consultation, we will discuss your skin conditions and skincare goals you have for yourself. With these goals in mind, we will recommend any number of additives to enhance your procedure to give you optimal results. Botox fillers and hyaluronic acid can easily be added to your serum formula to address fine lines and wrinkles or dull, dry skin.

By adding Botox to your treatment, brow furrows, smile lines, crow’s feet and other wrinkles can be smoothed and diminished. Our device will be applied directly to the targeted areas to relieve your facial lines.

Patients who choose hyaluronic acid as an enhancer will benefit from hydrated, full and plump skin. The device will deposit maximum hydration, which diminishes imperfections and rejuvenates the skin.

What Is The Difference Between Micro Needling & Microinfusion?

Micro Needling and Microinfusion are similar in application. Both procedures utilize tiny needles, however the needles used for Microinfusion are smaller and hollow. An active ingredient formula is applied topically during Micro Needling and allowed to sink into the skin. However, Microinfusion directly inserts the formula or serum to the skin. Patients who choose Micro Needling therapy may notice slight bleeding and a pink complexion after their procedure. Microinfusion does not cause any bleeding and patients may notice pinkness for an hour after their procedure.

Who Is A Good Candidate For Microinfusion?

As a painless and noninvasive procedure, Microinfusion is appropriate for any skin type or texture, patients of any age and skin condition. The following symptoms are treated through a Microinfusion treatment:

  • Large pores;
  • Oily skin;
  • Fine lines and wrinkles;
  • Flushing caused by Rosacea; and
  • Rough or dry skin.
