We’re so excited to offer some incredible perks and prizes at our Spring Open House! Please note that the following terms and conditions apply:

To redeem our special Jeuveau pricing of $10 per unit, a minimum purchase of 36 units is required. This offer is valid only for express injectable appointments scheduled on April 24, 2025. Guests will also receive a $100 Aesthetic Treatment Coupon in their goodie bags, which can be applied toward any full-priced treatment valued at $400 or more. All giveaway treatments must be redeemed by December 31, 2025 — after that date, prizes will be forfeited. To be eligible for any treatment or procedure raffle, a signed multimedia consent is required. Winners of the “Free Jeuveau for a Year” prize will receive up to 50 units every three months, totaling 200 units annually. The winner of the Sculptra treatment will receive one vial (please note that most first-time patients typically require two vials for best results).

Winners of the Motiva Breast Implants or the Aveli Cellulite Reduction Device will receive the implant or device at no cost, but are responsible for operating room, anesthesia, and surgeon’s fees associated with their procedure. A signed photo release is required so we can share the before and after results. Motiva breast augmentation typically retails for $7,260, but with complimentary implants, the total patient cost will be $4,060. Aveli cellulite treatment normally retails for $5,100, but with the free device, the patient cost will be $4,100.

Exclusive Surgical Specials – These specials are exclusively for new consultations booked with Dr. Mateo at the event and cannot be combined with any other discounts or applied to previously quoted procedures. Procedures must be completed before 12/31/25.
