Financial Policies

Fees for cosmetic surgery are not covered by insurance. After your consultation, a detailed quote for the proposed surgery will be provided to you. The consultation fee can be applied towards the total cost of any procedure that you choose.

Payment for cosmetic surgery is due in advance. We accept all forms of payment including cash, checks, and major credit cards. We also offer several options for financing the cost of your surgery. Please feel free to contact our office to discuss these options.

Reconstructive surgical procedures may be covered by insurance. We are able to bill most major insurance companies. Cosmetic procedures, however, are not covered by insurance.

PLEASE NOTE: It is important for patients having elective surgery to maintain their health insurance coverage. Although complications are rare, they can add significantly to the cost of any cosmetic or reconstructive procedure.

Payment

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment for your cosmetic procedure is due in full 14 days prior to your surgery date. We provide a number of payment options, including credit card, cash or check, as well as several financing options. If you choose to finance the cost of your operation, this must be completed well in advance of your surgical date.

Payment for reconstructive surgery may be made either by you or by your insurance company. If you elect, we may bill your insurance company directly on your behalf for any charges incurred. You may be responsible for paying a deductible or co-pay at the time of treatment. Should your insurance company deny payment for any services rendered, you will be responsible for charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to reschedule, postpone or cancel your surgery. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon and staff but other patients as well. We appreciate the courtesy of notification as early as possible in order to make the time available to other patients.
